Q. Can a print article or book chapter be scanned and sent as a PDF? Can I request a complete book?

Articles and chapters are available for scanning, but copyright law limits how much we can copy from books. Users needing more than one chapter (or approximately 20% of the book) should request the item for pickup or home delivery.

Users can request a scan or digital copy on the libraries website.

Please note that our scanning service is limited to users eligible for remote/off-campus access.
