Yes, Rutgers' Office of Institutional Technology (OIT) offers many software programs for download or purchase through their Software Portal. This software is available to current students, staff, and faculty. Some popular software programs available through the portal include Matlab, Mathematica, OriginPro, Labview, SPSS, SAS, NVivo, and Microsoft Office for students.

OIT has also set up Virtual Computer Labs so students may access software remotely.
